Nikki, that one brightened my day too, and I immediately thought: that's
the campaign someone smarter than I should run, a campaign to put the
nipples back on Ken & Barbie, lol.  (I say that with tongue planted only
partially in cheek.)  I can see the posters and slogans now: GIVE BARBIE
HER NIPPLES BACK! BARBIE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BREASTFEED TOO!  ;-)

 

Seriously, think about the impact on our kids.  It contributes to the
notion that nipples are nasty instead of nurturing.  I remember as a
child wondering why Barbie didn't have any nipples...
