My daughter-in-law was just on Canada Now (a national TV news show) with my 
two grandchildren, to illustrate the story about the new WHO growth 
standards. In the clip I saw, you see her breastfeeding 16-month-old 
Callista, and 4-year-old Sebastian is shown playing on his swing. Then she 
explains that when Sebastian was an infant, she was told to wean him to 
formula or at least supplement with formula, because he was near the bottom 
of the growth chart. (She adds that she said "no" and continued 
breastfeeding.)

Apparently this will be on the website tomorrow - www.cbc.ca
