I have to say after reading Cindy Curtis' note to the ADA and their prompt
reply to her (did others receive similar messages who wrote?) that YOUR
CARDS AND LETTERS (email or otherwise) clearly carry a lot of WEIGHT!!!
Let's hear it for those of you who send such letters (positive as well as
negative ones) to groups/organizations/individuals who need a heads up on
occasion.

Just goes to show how responsive some people are to letters of concern that
are written with an air of caring concern...

I am so impressed with you all..... :-)

Now if we could be assured that ALL organizations/groups/individuals were
as responsive as those with whom we have seen such prompt replies....
