Speaking of appropriate attire -- wow -- jeans, tee shirts and  shorts???  
Might get away with that on West Coast, but I doubt it would fly  here in NC.  I 
wear a uniform with snap front top and long pants to my home  visits even 
though I am in private practice. What do the rest of you wear, for  those who do
