first child: 9 months. Exclusively BF til 6 months, de facto co-sleeping til
18 months but away in daytime from 6 months

second (last) child: 15 months.  exclusively BF for 4.5 months, away 9 hours
daily from 8 months, not co-sleeping from that time.

Weight gain with first child was significantly higher than with second,
though second child weighed 500 g more than first at birth, both AGA and
close to average.  Babies' growth curves were drastically different, with
second baby's weight at 5 months the same as first baby's at one year.
My weight loss post partum was more rapid after second child but final
weight was the same in both cases.
