I don't think there ARE only two reasons. Nothing is cut and dried. In my experience of about 20 years, the women who chose not to breastfeed (as opposed to those who tried but failed) really had other deep rooted issues which probably included their own very low self esteem and inability to accept their bodily functions or even accept their own sexuality. They have trouble touching themselves and most probably have complex aversions to others touching them as well. These are problems that probably only psychotherapists might be able to handle. I remember those FEW til this day.
