I have seen the order of credentials listed in different ways.  I choose to
list mine in this order:  academic, licensure, certification.  I think this
is logical because it is the way I would look to attempt to evaluate
someone's expertise in an area.  It also follows a "legal logic":  you must
be educated to be licensed, then may choose to certify in a specialty area.
