I am asking this for a fellow Counsellor not on Lactnet:

The mother is 28 and 8 months pregnant with her third child. She had
postnatal depression after the first baby and reports often feeling
depressed after a feed. She had slight depression after the second child's
birth. She suffers from endometriosis and gets bad PMT.
At present, she often feels "down" after massaging her breasts and drawing
out the nipples.
The mother wondered if endometriosis and/or hormone imbalance related to
feeding was the cause of the depression.
Any thoughts?
