I posted in here about a Social Services department in the UK, who not 
only removed an exclusively breastfeeding baby from her mother, but then 
asked her not to breastfeed during access visits, and then cited her 
doing so as evidence she was a bad mother.

Many of you responded, and will have had copies of the generic email 
sent out by Essex, stating they are following 'national Government 
guidelines' when it comes to removing breastfeeding babies.

On further investigation, there are no such current guidelines.  I've
