Hi,
I don't know enough about the enzyme use- although I would like to find out
I currently have a vegan mother whose infant seems to react to something in her
diet- she definitely had to cut out soy- at first it was just a suspicion, then
a "friend" of hers was watching the baby while she visited her sis in the
hospital and usurped him soy formula! He was vomiting that night!

Anyway, because of the vegan diet- its difficult for her to do the traditional
"elimination" diet

In NJ Quest labs does "Immunocap" its a much more specific test than the older
RAST testing and also according to a recent grandrounds we had by a pedi GI on
food allergies- better than skin testing-

Anyway- this mother baby pair that I have - I am testing the baby- I gave mom
the very extensive food list that they possibly can test and had her check off
what she usually eats
