Well, of course this stands to reason. They are going to do whatever they
HAVE to do to keep the account, to keep the influence through "free"
formula to the hospital, and to keep the advertising that they are
harvesting there.

Of course, there is nothing free about the formula in non Baby Friendly
hospitals. The cost is spread out and shared, both physically in terms of
health, and financially in terms of expense, across the backs of mothers
and babies all over the globe.

The marketing behind this formula cost estimation is Madison Avenue all the
way....so don't underestimate it.
