I have a breastfeeding mom of a 14 day old baby whose wet/soiled diapers
smell like vinegar.  She is not using a different brand of diapers but
possibly opened a new package.  She is going to switch brands of diapers
and see if it is just the diaper.  She has not eaten anything with vinegar
since the birth. Baby is gaining 1-2 ounces a day and really thriving.  Has
very wet diapers and adequate stools.  Stools look ok.  Anything more
serious we should investigate that would cause a vinegar smell?
