Jain.  I would like to offer some more information rather than posting
everyone individually.

Tongue-tie is increasingly recognized as a hindrance to breastfeeding.
This video will help you recognize the condition and the problems resulting
from it.  You will learn to determine whether a lingual frenulum is
affecting breastfeeding and several examples of the procedure of frenotomy
are shown.  Several mothers talk about the impact of this procedure on
their breastfeeding experience.  A complete management plan to resolve
breastfeeding problems which have occurred as a result of tongue-tie is
outlined.

The video is in NTSC VHS format, which means that it is in North American
format.  It is approximately 18 minutes in length.  The price is $59.95 US
plus $9.00 shipping and handling.  Overseas shipping is $13.00 per tape and
is sent air mail.  The post office tells me it takes apporximately 2 weeks
