I needed to get my children to stop looking askance at the mothers in my
practice who temporarily need to use some abm or bottles, so I carefully
explained how some babies were not able to bf yet, and some mommies need
to use these things temporarily while they get their supply up... I think
I did too good a job, since now many of their dolls and animals are fed
expressed mother's milk in a bottle because they "just can't learn to
breastfeed"!  I took them to a LLL meeting the other day, so they can see
happy nursing dyads with no problems!  SOmetimes we forget that our
person reality is a bit skewed....
