What if...
Somebody will announce the call for abstracts from DYADs of lactation 
consultants and physicians in training (medical students and 
residents/fellows of ANY specialty)?

Nothing exiting - just interesting/tough cases with a little bit of 
literature review?!
LC's will get recognition, 50% off registration and additional 5 CERPs 
for a poster, physicians in training will get a chance of presenting at 
an undisclosed, academic, fun-to-attend conference and we all will (very 
gently and conspicuously) FORCE breastfeeding medicine into the training 
programs?

Would be LC's interested in doing that?
