These deeper plugs, could they actually be milk filled cysts?  Are they 
lumps that are not moving at all and have been there for some time, but 
only appeared after breastfeeding started?

She may need to have an ultrasound, and aspiration, to check if some of 
these lumps are actually galactoceles.
