I had breast surgery for a "suspicious lump" on ultrasound while bf my
then 2 month old.  It was a galactocele.  I ended up with a draining
sinus tract (literally an open 2 mm hole that sprayed milk) and was told
by the surgeon to wean for it to close.  We didn't and I eventually
healed :)
