HI Judie,
I am very behind in my Lactnets, so this may have been answered already.

There are 2 things to keep in mind for not mixing EBM with formula. First,
to help identify how much breast milk the baby is getting. If you mix them
and the baby does not finish the bottle, how much was just the breast milk?
Next, if the baby does not finish the EBM, the mother can reuse it later.
But formula needs to thrown out if not finished.
Hope this helps.
