Lasix has an appetite suppressant side-effect in babies.  Ask if you can
give it as divided doses.  My baby had AV Canal and was also on Lasix,
with poor appetite, until we started giving half the total dose BID.
Also, I'm sure you've probably tried a mostly upright football hold to
lessen the reflux.
