Fortunately, this book "Bottle Feeding Without Guilt" is old news and did
die a somewhat troubled death.  It was briefly discussed on different talk
shows and I believe Ms. Robins actually made an appearance on Oprah (am I
right?).  I did my part (and still do) by quietly putting all the
bookstores copies in the horror and comedy sections.  I hardly ever see
more than one copy at a time in bookstores now so demand must not have been
huge.  I am fairly brazen with my rearranging of the bookshelves at the
stores.  I put my favorites cover out and hide the rest.  (you can't buy
them because that creates a demand)
