Elisheva commented in her response to my thoughts on insurance that
society may not want to pay for pump use.  My intent was for those
situations like premies where the pump is the means to get milk for
a baby who cannot nurse, not for the mom who uses it for
comvenience, employment, trips away from baby, etc. (although one
might make an argument for coverage even then).
