Dear Beadie,

This mom is just out of the military. These are the supplements she used
to take to support her work out regime and felt that they were helpful.
Lactation is going really well and she is well adjusted to motherhood as
far as I can tell. This is just something she would like to resume as long
as it is safe for the baby. Her migranes began during her time in the
military so it is a pretty recent onset. Does this still mean that allergy
could be the cause as some have suggested?

TIA
