One approach would be talking with or doing a mailing to local childbirth
educators about the problem.  If mothers go into the hospital knowing about
"the nurses who'll tell you you'll rest better", when it happens, instead of
thinking, "Oh, what a good idea," they might think, "Oh, yeah, my childbirth
instructor told me this might happen..."  Childbirth educators probably
aren't familiar with the longterm implications of that one bottle...
