OK, so I decided to answer the survey.  It was a lot of questions about breast pumps and breastfeeding products.  It asked about what companies I had heard of, what types of products I recommend, what brands I do and do not recommend.  It gave lists of companies, including Ameda, Avent,  First Years, Gerber, Lansinoh, Medela, Playtex, etc.  I'll bet that it came from Gerber, trying to check on the effectiveness of their new promotional efforts for their new pump and other breastfeeding products.
