Thank you Cheri, Pat and Patricia.  This mother was forgetting to take her
lecithin regularly.  She has also observed that feeding lying down
precipitates the plugs and they do sometimes occur in the left breast as
well.  Most importantly she is sounding more hopeful and positive.
