Breastburger vs. taco usually gets it across clearly.  Not to mention burger
vs. spaghetti-- you can almost feel the pain yourself.

Kathleen Bruce gave me one last year, to say clearly and graphically what
happens when areolar tissue is pinched and lifted toward the baby (usually
to be stuffed into its half-closed mouth): Oh, yes-- getting a corner of the
pillowcase with no pillow!
