Now Margaret has said something interesting.  She routinely sends all TT 
after being clipped to CST, and that referral is really the next thing in my 
"bag of tricks".  So maybe it just needed to be added after the tongue tie, 
not that the clipping was superfluous.  I am curious to hear how many of you 
use CST routinely after TT or is there anything else you   recommend when 
the tongue is just not doing the right thing.
