You are right here, sorry. pregnant brain.  But I was told not to divert
from the main topics.  This was all via email from the LLLI office.  So I am
guessing there are leaders out there that just do things their own way??

And I personally don't see LLLI as a mainstream group, far from it, it's
just that in our area the women that it attracts seem to be mostly
mainstream, leaving little room for the extended nursers and ones that don't
nurse according to the norm.  Sorry if that wasn't clear.  I certainly
didn't mean that LLL itself was mainstream!
