One phrase I used to explain what happens to baby is that the "landscape" 
has changed from the first time he nursed and now it is  engorged and baby 
has to figure out something new.  Moms seem to "get" that.  Baby eventually 
adjusts to new landscape.  Patience and persistance the wayTheresa expains 
it works well.  Take it slow and easy and don't panic because the baby 
doesn't figure it out instantly. Pat in SNJ
