I don't know the use of, or recommendations for, prozac in Australia.  Another
comment from another of your messages - "the Australian position" for feeding
- I never like to hear labels of this sort.  It gives the wrong impression of
breastfeeding practices when heard by someone who does not know the
background.  Feeding uphill is used in Australia (and here at times as well),
but its use is for special circumstances, and NOT the Australian norm.  There
are problems associated with this position, as you all realize, but stranger
things get used everywhere.  It is better to label things for what they are
rather than where you may have seen the practice.  I would hate to see the
use of breast pumps be labeled "American breastfeeding", yet I know some who
might not argue with the term.
