The milk does change to colostrum by delivery.  I have seen this both by
personal experience and by report.   As for early delivery, the
colostrum and milk of Mums who deliver early is different, to meet the
needs of prematures.  I see no reason why it would not be so after
breastfeeding through a pregnancy, since normally (ie.d with a full-term
delivery) there is colostrum again.  Anyone else with comments?
