Age and obesity both impact sleep quality as both women and men are more
apt to suffer from

sleep apnea due to overweight. I tried to share a motel room with an
obese friend on a trip and at 2am

I had to beg the front desk to find me another room. Her snoring from
apnea was unbelievable and she could not be awakened. The body style
includes a short thick neck also, though that it is not a

prerequisite for this level of apnea and snoring. A sleep study is a
must with such a weight issue, though family members In the same house
might be enough to attest to the problem.
