Thank you so much for your input on fussy and gassy bf infant.  This mom has been told so many things that she  is having to rule out  reflux, lactose in too much foremilk  or yeast.  I forgot to mention that the infant did have  a yeast infection in the diaper area.  This is being treated with cream.  But is also has a rx for diflucan which she is not using.  We have ruled out reflux due to the med for that dia. did not help.  She is trying either pumping x 5 min. then bf or bf on one breast per feeding.  She will be speaking with me again in 2 days to see if we have resolved the problem.  Yeast or foremilk?
