There is a woman on my postpartum floor right now who was shot in the right
breast last summer and still has a bullet there. She wanted to breastfeed,
so I told her to just use the left one until I could find out some info.
Is it possible that the baby could get lead poisoning from this bullet?
Maybe I should send the milk for analysis.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Please e-mail me privately, I'm NOMAIL right now.

thanks very much,
