I think some may have misinterpreted my post on fish oil.  I wasn't
referring to it being taken by adults but my not have made this clear.  I
was talking about why it would not necessarily be a better addition to
formula than the GE stuff used now and why it took so long after the
"discovery" of DHA and ARA to add it to formula.  Of course, as adults our
bodies are able to extract the portions of foods that we need, but are
infants as able to do this?  Apparantly they are to some extent or survival
of those fed artificial food would be a lot less.
