Check with your nursing licensing board.  They have an ethics
committee and you should ask them if you are obliged by a "contract"
which you are not allowed to see, and I'll bet you your head nurse has
never seen either, nor anyone else except the top administrator, to do
something you consider unethical.  Get a written decision.

In the meantime, explain this, and refuse to do it.  Make an issue of
it.  F--- the formula rep!  What gives him/her the right?
