A dear friend has reached out for help for her dear friend who birthed
(cs) twin girls (35 w), two weeks ago. My friend, a ped turned derm is
there now supporting mom.

Mom is EPing for now. Just learning that supply tanked today. Suspect
insufficient pumping frequency and duration. Not sure about flange fit.
