Found this item by accident on Amazon:

The 2007-2012 Outlook for Baby Bottles in the United States (Paperback) by Philip M. Parker
It discusses the PIE or potential industry earnings for 12,900 cities in the U.S. on feeding bottles in general, not by any specific company. There are similar books on Amazon for a number of other countries in the world.
If anyone has a spare $495.00 pocket change to buy this, you might learn the specifics of why the baby bottle market is so lucrative.
Phyllis
