My client (okay I am a student but what else do I call her?) has very painful MER. She says that it is 
hard to BF in public because she grabs her breasts during letdown. Her 2nd baby is now 1 week old. 
She had the same issue with her first who is now 2 and she nursed for 2 months. I want to 
recommend that she use ibuprofen, nurse very often, heat and massage. She is quite full and is also 
concerned about engorgment. She also has flat nipples that she is using a breast sheild for. She says 
the only thing that helps the deep pain is pressure, direct and hard. Am I missing any other advice I 
could give to her? I researched the archives but is there anything else? Thanks so much for helping!
