Dear Robyn Wimberly,
I am sure you know that in 1994 the U.S. did ratify the WHO code for the
marketing of breast milk substitutes. I assume by the content of your email
that Nestle has chosen to discriminate against the babies in developed
countries (like the U.S. and Britain) by allowing free formula to be
distributed even if the WHO code has been ratified by that country. Is this
correct?
Deanne Francis
