Dear Kate:
No hard data but my antidotal experience with mothers is that Lasix is usually
not helpful for breast edema. Feedback from clients suggests that receiving
lymph-clearing massage from a professional trained to do this as well as
stimulating the lymphatic system by gently pressing on the sternum (to
stimulate lymph glands on the underside of the sternum) appears to be
effective. Moms report that this is helpful in starting to diurese & to helps
decrease breast edema.

You may find the link to the article regarding Lasix & preeclampsia of interest if
you have not read this?

Breast edema (especially related to lymph edema) is an area of interest to me.
I will be interested for you to share your feedback.

Thanks
