PTP mom with a milk duct that has remained hardened since diagnosed with mastitis a week ago. She's on day 7 of antibiotics. Mom thought she had cleared it with massage, but it has become hardened (almost like a sclerosed vein) and has remained that way. Not tender, just hard. Is it just inflammation that will resolve? BTW, she has a h/o chronic mastitis with her first. Any strategies to to help?
