You may be referring to Volume 3 of the video series by Kittie Frantz. (First
Attachement after a cesarean; 26 minutes long) You can obtain a catalogue by

818-951-2809 to order by credit card.  A slide set is also available.  They
are based on an article which was published in the late 1970's. I'll look for
the reference this week.
