A baby can die anywhere. Suffocation is possible but unlikely. The cause may
never be known but likely there was a heart defect or neuro problem. Unless
we monitor all our children w/ cardiorespiratory monitors 24/7, we will
never prevent all deaths (and not even then, sad to say).
