This is exactly what we're trying to do at our local hospital.  It's
next in line for a serious push by our local breastfeeding coalition.
Parents will have the *option* of human milk, and will pay out of
pocket for it (at least, that's the way we think it will work best),
at $2.50 per ounce for the few ounces that will be needed.  We're not
going to involve insurance companies at this point.
