According to theattorney working with Avent (I spoke with him), the
Niplette is NOT yet available in the US because it has not been FDA
approved. This does not mean people don't have it.

There is at least one retail mail order outlet in Canada that will accept
US orders, but I for one would hesitate to buy one and then give or sell it
to a mother in the US until after FDA ruling is favorable. No sense asking
for trouble.
