I'm not a physician, but I do have low thyroid and had to do a lot of
research for my own health. My info is USA-centric. Some labs define a
normal TSH as less than 4. This is outdated by several years, and normal
is now considered less than 3.5 and sometimes less than 3, depending on the
doctor. T3 and T4 are ideally in the top half of the range (units
apparently differ, so a number is of little use), and the 75th percentile
is the target my doctor and I shoot for. TSH when corrected by
prescription thyroid "should" be close to 1 or 1.5

This is all YMMV--Your Mileage May Vary. My doctor looks at numbers as
general indicators but considers that how I feel is a better measure of
where things ought to be.

I hope that helps as a general idea. Having a sympathetic physician as an
advocate helps a *lot* In my experience there are some here who just don't
seem to want to diagnose thyroid issues, and I don't know why that is.
