I am shocked and appalled, though not surprised, by this pediatrician's
approach.  "Just do what I say.  The fact that I say it is good enough
explanation".  He's right, nothing will happen to the baby if she does not
stop breastfeeding.  As you saw, something *did* happen when she did.
