Many thanks for some interesting and stimulating discussions during my time
as a lurker. I now need to come out and ask you for some urgently required
information and advice ....

I have a 36 week pregnant mother (expecting her first baby) who has
suffered with brucellosis for some years. Can anyone confirm whether or not
breastfeeding is OK under these circumstances ?
(She is worried that she will not be supported in her desire to breastfeed
by the medical community here in Johannesburg).
Any experience, comments or information would be gratefully appreciated.
