When a mom has distictly different size breasts, I've always advised to
nurse smaller side first. Would this also apply to soft breast?

Any one with good ideas on what to tell over producing mom of twins - who
"need" the oz of formula she gives each after BF, because they aren't
satisfied and then wants medicine for their vomiting. PS: they are each
gaining one lb per week!!!!!!!! aaarrrgggghhhh and we also have a language
barrier :-( Can you tell I had a frustrating day yesterday? Pat in SNJ
